The toma Condove is the result of the strict disciplinary of the municipal consortium of the TOMA CONDOVESE, strictly produced with raw milk from cows raised and foraged in the municipality of Condove in Val di Susa. Boasts a very small circle of producers that maure the product in the farm until the time of marking that never happens before 60 days. The toma Condove is a real local perticularity of the Val di Susa.
